Venedig

Venedig ist eine Stadt und Gemeinde im Nordosten Italiens, die in und um eine Lagune am nördlichen Teil der Adria liegt. Die Stadt ist die Hauptstadt der Region Venetien und der Metropolregion Venedig, vor 2015 der Provinz Venedig. 1987 erhielten die Stadt und ihre Lagune den Status eines Weltkulturerbes.

Venice is a city and municipality in northeastern Italy, located in and around a lagoon on the northern part of the Adriatic Sea. The city is the capital of the Veneto region and capital of the Venice metropolitan region, before 2015 the province of Venice. In 1987, the city and its lagoon received World Heritage status.
